Let's Dance BJ likes to use the word partnership when talking about our clients. It's like a dance, May we have this dance? --when both partners are in step and headed in the same direction (isn't it cool the way the graphic and copy work together?). It's not unusual for a couple of our longtime clients to introduce BjTA as "a friend" of the company. Not "our PR firm." Not "our agency." A friend. That says a lot about the relationships we have with our clients. Numbers game BjTA is a fairly small agency: about 10 employees, between 20 to 25 clients. Interestingly, most people perceive us to be larger. Maybe it's because BjTA has been cranking out business since 1979 (wow!) and is a fixture in the local business community. Maybe it's because we work hard. Maybe it's one of those optical illusions, like rear view mirrors, where objects may appear larger. Actually, we feel our size is an advantage. We're quick. We're limber. We're fluid. We're like the wind. We're overwriting. Anyway, a smaller staff means your projects are handled
one-on-one. Changes don't get shuffled from department to department.
You deal with the same person. And you are kept up to date on status.
